Mh149 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the mh149 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out here.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all mh149 platform users, including visitors, registered members, and paid service users. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at mh149. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without any credit balance refund.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Mh149 reserves the right to take immediate action against any account suspected of violating these rules, including suspending account access while an investigation is underway.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the mh149 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Available deposit methods include FPX (online banking with all major Malaysian banks), TNG eWallet, and IBG bank transfer. mh149 does not charge any hidden processing fees for standard deposits.
Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered to your account. Standard processing times are within a short period after the request is submitted, subject to any required verification. For withdrawals exceeding certain limits, additional identity verification may be required before the transaction is approved.
Key payment information all users should be aware of:
- Successfully credited deposits are final and cannot be reversed once used in gameplay.
- Any deposit suspected of originating from an unlawful source will be frozen pending the completion of an investigation.
- The withdrawal methods available to each user may vary depending on the deposit method used and the account's verification status.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

Mh149 provides its entertainment platform on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mh149 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond our control.
Mh149 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and emergency technical repairs may cause temporary downtime. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
Account Suspension & Closure
Mh149 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of any term set out in this document.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- A court order or directive from the relevant authorities requiring account closure.
If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, mh149 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining credit balance in that account. For closures arising from other reasons, any valid credit balance will be processed for withdrawal, subject to the relevant investigation.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the mh149 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, software code, and brand names — is the property of mh149 or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from mh149.

The mh149 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. mh149 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and is subject to the relevant third party's terms and conditions.
